This spacious 3 leveled villa has around 6 receptions rooms and can sleep up to 8 guests with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The formal lounge opens to the patio and pool area. There is a separate TV room, study, games room with tennis table.
Large fully equipped kitchen with glass panels which look out at the mountains. There is a breakfast table and scullery area.

The formal dining room is in a glass conservatory style room with lots of light and views of the mountain and opens to a courtyard with water feature. It has a 10 seater table and chairs and also an upstairs lofty area with comfortable seating.

There is also a rooftop patio with expansive views of the sea, and mountains behind the villa.

The main bedroom has a king size bed and overlooks the pool, opening to the wind free patio. It has a dressing area and his and hers bathrooms.
Bedroom 2 has a king size canopy bed with en-suite bathroom and dressing room, and overlooks the pool area.
Bedroom 3 has two single beds
Bedroom 4 has a kingsize bed and opens onto private patio.
Bedroom 3 and 4 share a bathroom.

Additionally, there are two further guest toilets, and an external shower.

The villa is well equipped with outdoor furniture on all the patio and pool areas.
