Tastefully appointed home, comprising of open-plan living and a super wood-burning fireplace in the center of the space. The living rooms all lead / open onto a lovely super spacious entertainment deck / patio with private pergola, jetty and mooring for a boat, and that has direct access to the water canals. There is an outdoor table that sits 6 under an all weather awning, to protect you from the rain / sun or when open to allow you to enjoy the sunshine, there are 2 sun relaxing chairs, plus a wicker day bed, and a gas braai / BBQ to complete the outdoor space, and to be able to enjoy our lovely South African weather.

4 spacious bedrooms, all with on-suite bathrooms, the main on-suite has a bath and a shower, and the 2nd and 3rd have a shower only, all 3 have heated towel rails. 2 of the bedroom suites are upstairs and 1 downstairs, the 4th bedroom is a self-contained studio.
