9 x 5000 litre water tanks are ample storage for rainwater or borehole water.
The 3-phase electricity comes straight from Eskom. They have 3 transformers situated to provide power to different areas on the farm.
Apart from the netted areas, there is also 8 tunnel structures where more potential is possible. Nothing will be planted in any of these structures as they are waiting for you to plant and harvest to your heart`s content.
The property has two title deeds that can be split up if needed. The one nearest to the tar road is 11ha big with the supervisor cottage on it. There is about 2.4ha under netting on this property. However, this title has no source of water or power at this stage. Almost like a blank slate, but not a blank slate. Price available on application.
